Oatmeal pancakes that you will Like

Cooking oatmeal pancakes has its degree of difficulty, so that they remain spongy and do not have that "raw" consistency


You will love these oatmeal pancakes and your family will not have any complaints about them. Please pass this recipe on to someone who needs to try them.


Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients:

For 4 pancakes


1 tbsp. Chia or flaxseed

2 tbsp. Of water

1/2 mashed banana

1/2tz. vegetable milk

1ct. apple cider vinegar

1ct. Vanilla

1 pinch of cinnamon powder

2 tbsp. Of olive oil

3 tbsp. muscovado sugar

1ct. baking powder

1ct. baking soda

1cup of oats

3 tbsp. of wheat flour



To serve:

Banana

Blueberries

Toasted oatmeal

Maple syrup


Procedure:

Heat a nonstick skillet for five minutes. At medium/high heat.

Put the chia seeds in a small bowl with 2 tablespoons of water and let them hydrate for 5 minutes.

In a bowl mix the ingredients with an immersion blender or you can blend them directly in the blender until smooth.

Pour 3 tablespoons of mixture and spread. Try not to make them too big so that it is not difficult for you to turn them.

Let cook 3 min. per side.

Serve with fruit and maple syrup.

Note: The banana can be substituted with 3 tbsp. applesauce.
