What is Xpand?
Xpand meditation may be the solution you've been looking for if you find it hard to quiet your mind during meditation. It combines breathing exercises, movements, poses, affirmations and mental and physical focus to reduce stress, anxiety, and reach higher states of consciousness.
I developed this method after searching, exploring and practicing various forms of meditation and healing, in particular after learning with Gurus in India and Kabbalists in Israel.
The major difference between traditional meditation and Xpand meditation is that you don't have to fight your thoughts in order to get into a meditative state.
By practicing Xpand, you increase the supply of oxygen to your brain and stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system, which promotes relaxation.

With this method you can break the patterns in your body and mind that keep you imprisoned in the past and experience freedom and peace. It is possible to transcend your body and mind and connect with your spirit, your Self, and the universe. When practicing Xpand, many people experience spiritual awakenings or attunements to their inner selves.
